Advanced Inspection & Metrology
BCW’s metrology suite is equipped with specialist systems for high-accuracy dimensional inspection, allowing us to validate everything from small precision components to large assemblies over six metres in length.
Our climate-controlled environment, advanced measurement software and multi-size CMMs ensure stability, repeatability and confidence in complex measurement tasks.
CMM Capability includes:
- Hexagon Delta Slant CMM (X 3000mm / Y 6300mm / Z 2000mm)
- Cordimant 700 CMM
- PC-DMIS measurement programming
- Controlled environment for measurement stability

Portable Metrology & Laser Tracking
For large structures, on-machine inspection and flexible validation, BCW uses portable metrology systems that deliver fast, accurate measurement wherever required.
These tools support alignment, scanning and verification tasks during machining, assembly and installation.

- FARO laser tracking systems
- Nikon portable arms
