This document defines the scope for environmental, social and governance compliance and focus across
all business units within the BCW Group

Policy

BCW Group commits to maintaining the highest standards for environmental, social and governance practices, meeting all legislative and compliance obligations whilst integrating these elements of our operations into our business management systems. These management systems will be maintained and improved to ensure that they meet the requirements of ISO14001 and other international accreditations.

Through the enhancement of the organisation’s environmental performance, protection of the environment and prevention of pollution shall be achieved through the pursuit of these specific environmental objectives:

  • The reuse of waste, wherever possible
  • The limitation of chemical spillages
  • The monitoring and reduction of metal waste
  • The monitoring and reduction of electricity usage
  • The mapping of the organisation’s scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions and plans for emission reduction
  • The increase in the scope of the organisation’s ISO14001 accreditation, to cover all business units within the BCW Group.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to promoting positive social impacts and ensuring an inclusive workplace, through our commitments to:
