Welder

We are looking for an experienced Project / Production Welder to join our team, supporting a variety of welding projects across steel and aluminium fabrication.

Hourly Rate Range: £19.50 – £21.00

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out high-quality MIG, TIG and Stick welding to project specifications
Work in line with EN 1090-1, EN ISO 9606-1 and EN ISO 9606-2 standards
Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance
Maintain welding records and quality documentation
Inspect and maintain welding equipment
Follow all health & safety procedures
Work closely with project managers, engineers and production teams
Troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues
Skills & Experience
Valid EN ISO 9606-1 and/or EN ISO 9606-2 certifications
3–5 years’ welding experience within a production or project environment
Skilled in MIG, TIG and Stick welding
Experience working with steel and aluminium
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Safety-focused with a professional approach
Role Environment

May involve working at height and within time-sensitive projects

Shift Technician – Nights

We are looking for a Shift Technician to support production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Hourly Rate Range: £14.00 – £20.00

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC machines and production equipment
Load, unload and inspect components
Carry out measurement and quality checks
Maintain production and quality records
Support 5S, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
Perform basic machine maintenance and report faults
Support and guide machine operators on shift
Promote health & safety standards across the department

Skills & Experience:

Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
CNC and measurement verification experience desirable
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Team player with a proactive attitude

Qualifications:
GCSEs, NVQ Level 1 or equivalent preferred

Firewall Inspector

Quality Inspector

Hourly Rate: £12.71
Double Days Rotation 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 (37.5)

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to support production by carrying out visual and mechanical inspections to ensure products meet customer, regulatory and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect semi-finished and finished parts using visual and mechanical inspection methods
Complete inspections in line with SOPs and quality procedures
Record inspection data and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure compliance with route cards, quality standards and HSE requirements
Support investigations, problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
Work closely with Production, Quality and Shift Leaders to achieve business targets
Skills & Experience
Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Basic knowledge of manual inspection equipment and measurement methods
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Qualifications
GCSEs, NVQ Level 1–3 or equivalent manufacturing qualifications preferred

Machine Operators

We’re looking for Machine Operators to join our team, supporting the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Rotating Shift Pattern

In this role, you’ll operate and load a range of machinery, carry out in-process inspections, and ensure all work is completed in line with quality, safety, and BCW BMS requirements.

You’ll play a key part in meeting production targets, maintaining equipment through daily checks,
and contributing to continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who works well in a team, can stay organised under pressure, and is committed to maintaining high standards on the shopfloor.
