Contact Form

Our website contains a contact form and on submission of this form, the personal data submitted is stored on our servers for a period of 5 years unless the individual has requested to be removed before the end of this time period.

The personal data we store upon submission of our contact form is your IP address, name, email, company name and business sector. Your IP address is stored for security reasons to ensure we can block and add to a blacklist if multiple spam emails submissions come from there. Your name and email are stored for communications purposes, we will then contact you following your query, internally directing your contact details to the best person to answer your query.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try and prevent unauthorised access.

Currently personal data that is submitted from any contact form on our website is stored for 5 years unless the individual has requested to be removed before the end of this time period. We do not use these for marketing purposes unless you have selected the option to opt in for marketing purposes (this can be amended at any time).

Access your information

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to obtain your personal information we may hold about you. You can request this by making a request in writing to dpo@BCWGoup.co.uk please include your name, company name and company email along with a brief description of what information you are requesting.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person with no rights to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month.

Cookies

Our website uses “Necessary cookies” to distinguish you from other uses of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website. Through the collection of information, it allows us to make required improvements to the site to ensure that the content is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer/device.
