Skilled CNC Machinists
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on programming, setting and operating 3-5 Axis CNC Milling Machines to produce high-precision components for the aerospace and defence sectors, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and delivery performance.
Salary: £21.50 – £27.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set and operate 3-5 Axis CNC Milling Machines
Load and modify Heidenhain CNC programmes
Conduct first-off and in-process inspections
Complete quality and production documentation
Carry out daily machine maintenance and TPM checks
Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
Ensure compliance with HSE and AS9100 requirements
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ CNC Milling experience
Strong Heidenhain programming knowledge
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
Experience using precision measuring equipment
Understanding of machining principles, cutting speeds and feeds
NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Aerospace, defence or precision engineering experience preferred

Semi-Skilled Machinist
We are looking for a Semi-Skilled CNC Setter / Operator to join our manufacturing team. Salary: £16.09 – £17.29 per hour

Estimator
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our engineering team. This role focuses on preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for CNC machining projects, supporting both new business opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for CNC machining projects
Analyse customer drawings, CAD models and specifications
Determine machining methods, cycle times and material requirements
Utilise CAD/CAM software to develop manufacturing concepts and toolpaths
Support bid preparation and ensure profitable project proposals
Liaise with procurement on material and tooling requirements
Provide technical guidance on feasibility and manufacturing best practice
Support process improvement and manufacturing optimisation activities
Skills & Experience:
Strong CNC machining background with knowledge of turning and milling
Experience using CAD/CAM software
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling and materials
Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
Experience estimating low, medium and high-volume production work
Strong communication and organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
Experience designing workholding, tooling, robotics or assembly solutions
Knowledge of inspection methods and quality validation techniques
Robotics experience advantageous but not essential

Quality Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to support our quality function and drive continuous improvement across the business. This role will focus on ensuring product quality, supporting customer requirements, analysing quality data, and leading improvement activities across manufacturing operations.
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary quality contact for customer accounts
Support 8D investigations and MRB activities
Lead quality review meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Analyse quality data using SPC, MSA and process capability tools
Support new product introduction activities including PFMEA, Control Plans and PPAP
Manage calibration systems and participate in internal audits
Support the development of the Business Management System
Skills & Experience:
Experience in a Quality Engineering role
Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, SPC, MSA and 8D
Working knowledge of ISO9001 and IATF 16949
Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills
Internal Auditor certification desirable
Engineering degree or equivalent preferred

Machine Operators
We’re looking for Machine Operators to join our team, supporting the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
Hourly Rate: £12.71
Rotating Shift Pattern
In this role, you’ll operate and load a range of machinery, carry out in-process inspections, and ensure all work is completed in line with quality, safety, and BCW BMS requirements.
You’ll play a key part in meeting production targets, maintaining equipment through daily checks,
and contributing to continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who works well in a team, can stay organised under pressure, and is committed to maintaining high standards on the shopfloor.
