We also hold accreditation to ISO EN1090-1 for the design, manufacture, and welding of structural steel. Our engineers are qualified to work with various materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and Invar to BS EN ISO 3834-3 standard.

Complementing our production and design offering across the group we had dedicated specialist inspection areas, complete with small to large capacity CMM's, Portable Coordinate Measuring Machines and Laser Tracking Technology.

Quality control assets operate within a climate-controlled environment.
Across the Group, BCW also use the latest Hexagon equipment, supported by PC DMIS software. Faro Laser Tracker & Nikon Arm capability are all available.
