Our Wagner electrostatic paint guns offer highly economical coating systems, using automatic mixing and dosing units to provide consistent paint mixing ratios, while an adaptive injection system automatically controls the hardener flow rate and material flow rate to provide homogenous coatings. This electrostatic technology produces a high surface quality and extremely uniform film thickness, as well as less waste, high transfer efficiency, and greater productivity, providing the best in quality and value.

Thanks to our flexible shift patterns and in-house jigging system at BCW Group we have optimised our surface treatment loading capacities while still maximising quality. Using the latest in 3D modelling and CAD software, we can provide major OEMs from a variety of sectors with design for manufacture solutions without needing the physical component.
